Shipping & delivery

Packaging and shipping:

All orders are wrapped beautifully in gift packaging, packed securely and shipped Australia wide with Australia Post Express so they arrive fast and in perfect condition. All our products (including slices and treats) are stable at room temperature and have a good shelf life.

We can also add a custom gift note for free to any order! You can include this when going through checkout.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide, and free on all orders over $59.

We won’t include physical invoices so the order will also work well as a gift (you will receive a soft-copy invoice to your chosen email address)

During the warm summer months (mid November - mid March) we only ship our slices & treats within Victoria.

Delivery times:

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and we ship all orders Monday - Wednesday during summermonths, and Monday - Friday during the cooler months.

Delivery times are usually 1-2 business days to most locations, once the order has been shipped.

We cannot guarantee exactly when an order will arrive. For an up-to-date status on your shipment, please check the tracking number in your order fulfilment email, or contact us.

Helpful tips:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We won’t take responsibility for orders shipped to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address.
